SelleSend is not a financial institution, bank, insurance company, escrow company, money service business, money transmitter, or card brand. We are an orchestration system that connects licensed partners for the applicable product. Wallet top-ups are the exception: they settle into SelleSend's own account with its payment processor and are recorded as a balance owed to you. There is no separate account held in your name. Read the Non-Custodial Disclosure before keeping a balance on the platform. The classification in the first sentence is a legal characterisation that is pending review by counsel.
